While I don't love to wait, I do love that everything here is prepared to order and fresh when you get it (including their salsa .Meats are tender, regardless of what kind and the quality is good. (And, they do always offer you chips while you wait. Also, Baja is areat option for casual catering. We got what they recommended for a party of 10 and could have easily fed 15-20. So good!
