What Alex doesn't like about Chili's Grill Bar Restaurant:
We ordered the Old Timers with Cheese and were not asked by the waitress if we wanted them pink or no pink. Of course, when they were served, they were pink. We asked for the burgers to be cooked more and only one burger came back correct. When we spoke to the manager, John, he was not as sympathetic as he should have been.
