I placed an online order for an appetizer last night, but the pickup time was scheduled for 10:45 this morning. I contacted Blair over the phone, and she was incredibly pleasant and helpful. I have tried this restaurant more times than I should have. The staff I have encountered (always different) are average. Not necessarily rude, but not the friendliest either. The main issue, however, is the food. It is consistently soggy. I always request crispy tenders, but they never seem to get it right. Despite my reservations, my niece loves this place.
