The shop was very busy, but our visit took a normal amount of time; the experienced staff worked methodically through the line without getting harried. I truly want to support our local coffee shop, but the atmosphere created by the owners and staff is quite off-putting. It feels like there's a palpable sense of misery as soon as you walk in. Is it too much to ask for a smile and a warm welcome when someone enters, rather than being ignored for 10 minutes?
