Upon my arrival I was greeted by a disgruntled staff member furiously staring at their phone. During the process of making an americano they paid no attention to their espresso shot and half of it poured out hopelessly into the unclean grate.The end result was a burnt, watered down drink that tasted as if it has been scooped out of a nearby puddle.
