Was Zig Zag MT at Chick-fil-a a mag?
This place serves the best original iced coffee! I've tried several other Chick-fil-A locations, but none can compare to this one. The chicken noodle soup is also fantastic! View all feedback.

I asked for my nuggets to be cooked well done because I've had issues with chewy, undercooked ones in the past. However, I was met with a polite but dismissive response, suggesting I should go elsewhere and implying that I was exaggerating my concerns. Great job, management! View all feedback.
The staff is well trained to deliver outstanding service, and the food is amazing!
The food and drinks are generally good, although it can vary depending on your choice. Occasionally, the chicken breast may be slightly too salty. However, the young staff working the food stations are mostly friendly.
Kids with tech skills are running this drive-thru like experts! Expect long wait times? Not here—you'll be in and out quickly!
I felt taken advantage of during my last visit. I ordered a club meal with added mac and cheese, but the price was wrong. When I went inside to pay, I explained the issue to the manager, who assured me that he would issue a refund and resolve the matter. However, when I received my credit card bill, I discovered that I was still overcharged. One meal certainly isn’t supposed to cost nearly $20 just because I added mac and cheese instead of fries. It felt like I was lied to as a customer. To make matters worse, the cashier charged me again after the manager had issued the refund. This was by far the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've had in Jacksonville.
I requested my nuggets to be cooked thoroughly since I've experienced chewy, undercooked ones before. Instead, I received a polite yet dismissive reply, with staff suggesting I try another place and implying my concerns were overstated. Well done, management!
