You have to check your order at this shop. I can understand occasionally missing an item, but not missing something fundamental to the item's nature, such as no chicken on a Green Goddess Cobb Salad With Chicken. You have to ask/point this out to staff then they'll add the chicken you paid for inclusively. Bizarre. View all feedback.
