I don't doubt that the makalo is a good address of the ordinary, but we have unfortunately played bad luck. We ordered 4 pizza to take away and consaté once at home that two pizzas had carbonized dough in places, and that buffala did not even have on its garnish the cheese of which it is supposed to bear the name.
