ao chegar ao restaurant os funcionários ficaram surpresos com a nossa presença. It seemsu-me that não tinham conhecimento da nossa reservation. embora eles perceberam que eram clientes estrangeiros, eles não fizeram esforços para ser compreendido (apesar do fato de que o restaurant estava em uma area extremely tourist). a primeira pessoa que nos assistiu demonstrou lacunas claras no serviço, emphasizing falhas graves...
