This place is awful! They just handed my food to a stranger! The staff can't even manage a simple task like giving the food to the person who has been waiting for an hour—they just gave it to someone else. View all feedback.
The food is always delicious.When they get busy ... It's hectic. They seem to struggle with organization and it creates a very frustrating environment. The wait was quite long.I would order ahead of time for sure.Vegetarian options: They have veggie sticks and french fries
This place is horrible service sucks foods not cooked right wait times are crazy very unprofessional people work here. Definitely never going back.
I’m not one to complain but I did an online order and arrived 20 mins later to wait another 20 mins plus and get cold food. Cashier lady was nice and was trying to do her job but may need more
No one In the store walked an I still waited 25 min for 6 wings. Then I got them, didn't get any sorry about the wait or thank you. The little girl who handed out called my name an walked away, to do nothing lol. I'm in food industry as general manager an by no means would I hire that girl . Zero sense of urgency nor customer service. THEN I get my food and it looks like my wings are swimming. Look at pics. Then the other wings are dry n one area.
