I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. The lady who only spoke Spanish had difficulty hearing me, even though I was standing right in front of her. While I was trying to place my order, she had to answer the phone and ended up adding other orders on top of mine that I didn’t request. It seems like she could benefit from some training in customer service, as it was overall a very poor experience. View all feedback.
