A celiac's and vegan's delight! Cannot recommend Tilth highly enough! When I was diagnosed with celiacs disease over 2 years ago, my life, I thought, as a foodie ended. My husband and I love dining at Tilth and we are always pleased with our experience. Our recent visit for our anniversary was just as wonderful. The steelhead trout and mushroom pasta that we ordered were both incredibly tasty, and of course, the desserts were as delightful as ever.
Professional service, food prep and presentation excellent. The telling truth of a superior dining experience is true body satisfaction. I continue to be a big fan.
We tried the tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious! I always thought Tilth only served vegetarian dishes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is organic and locally sourced. I highly recommend this restaurant.
