We stopped by this wonderful restaurant before a show in Seattle. It's a hidden gem off the beaten path. I asked the bartender, Joshua, to surprise me with one of their drink specials. To my surprise, it had Gin in it (which I usually hate), but I ended up loving the drink! We also ordered food and highly recommend their fresh-made guacamole - it's one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is laid back with a welcoming community feel. Both Brandon and Joshua were welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
I consider myself a connoisseur of tequila and Mezcal, but I am very laid-back when dining out because I don't expect everyone to have the same knowledge and appreciation for agave spirits as I do. However, Josh really impressed me. Not only did he suggest an incredible cocktail for me to try, but he also shared my passion and understanding of agave. I am excited to see what else he has in store. Your talent is truly innovative and promising in the industry. Cheers to you!
