Feedback
Overall, Scout at the Thompson Hotel received mixed reviews from customers. Some diners were disappointed with the food, service, and overall experience, especially during special occasions like Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve dinners. Complaints included slow service, bland or unappealing dishes, and a lack of holiday decorations. However, other customers were pleased with the ambiance, excellent service, delicious desserts, and creative menu offerings. The restaurant seemed to excel at accommodating dietary restrictions, such as gluten-free options. Despite the mixed reviews, Scout appeared to have potential for a great dining experience, especially for those interested in Pacific Northwest cuisine and a beautiful dining environment.
Portions were very small. wein very expensive, not really worth money. the personal was very nice and accommodating.
Overall a very good experience and I will probably be back. I ordered the menu item with potatoes and mushrooms and although good, it was not very memorable. I love kartoffels and mushrooms and was therefore easily disappointed.
The portions were quite small, and the wine was overpriced, not offering good value for money. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
