Stop here after a day of shopping for handmade gifts and I needed something comfortable. I had article C32, a Vermicelli shell with grilled chicken and shrimp. What User doesn't like about New Saigon:
Located down in the basement of another store, as you enter the signage will lead you to the dining area. Food is ok, a bit pricey, I'd rather go to Tamarind tree if to look for authenticity and flavor. Place is clean to the level of it's location. Quick service. View all feedback.
