Nestled in West Seattle, this Middle Eastern restaurant offers a mixed bag of culinary experiences. While some dishes, like the falafel sandwich and hummus, receive high praise for their flavor and freshness, others, including the gyros and lamb plates, fall short with bland meat and meager portions. The generous range of vegan and gluten-free options, along with stellar service, adds to its charm. However, overpriced small portions, particularly the baklava, raise eyebrows. Overall, despite some inconsistencies, the restaurant shines with its vibrant flavors and warm atmosphere, making it a worthwhile stop for a quick or casual meal.
What User likes about Falafel Salam:
this place is fabulous. so fresh. ingredients and cook at the front. vegan clearly listed. also the grill is marked. they'll get it. Yes, they serve meat, but they get it. View all feedback.
What Austin K doesn't like about Falafel Salam:
Food was alright. I got a gyro and the meat was like a patty which I wasn't a fan of because it made it seem more like deli meat than actual beef/lamb. The fries were overcooked and their baklava is a laughably small portion for the price you pay for it. Overall decent food but not the best gyro spot in West Seattle.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
