The idea sounds great. I was out with my mother on 11/12 and they were unable to serve us because they had run out of 1 menu item and said their fryer was not working. we stopped in just a few moments after they opened. The wait staff did offer alternatives but i don't see what else you could get from a southern restaurant if they don't have brisket and their fryer isn't working..
