This was by far the best tea experience I have ever had. I was just in London, and went to Tea and this one is 10 times better. The service, food, atmosphere are all exceptional. So disappointed. I made reservations for a very special occasion which I made known to the staff in advance. They basically sat us in the hotel lobby which was loud, missed the ONE dietary restriction I provided in advance and the servers were rude. View all feedback.
