I had the chance to attend the soft opening of FBCs with some friends and family. The space is impressive and I had the opportunity to chat with the owners and brewmasters who were very friendly. I tried their IPA which was hoppy but not overpowering. I also sampled their Vienna, a richly colored brew similar to a martzen or Oktoberfest beer, which ended up being my favorite of the two. Beers were outstanding … pity the service wasn’t! In fact it was non existent! The server was on private phone calls and busying herself with sorting tabs while we waited for our water .. which arrived only after we again asked for it! Eventually after at least an hour and no pizza in sight we told another server we were leaving ….Our server well she didn’t even bother to try and stop us …Shocking service View all feedback.
