What C Cheman likes about Jia Tellas:
Nice spot for Cambodian food. Very consistent and delicious. Beers on tap, or you can get drinks next door at 2 Doors. Patio is nice, and we seldom eat inside unless the weather is questionable. Ordered takeout last night… it was inedible. We got flat rice noodles with beef and some mango sticky rice. The tea we got was fine.The noodles had nearly no sauce on them and were majorly under seasoned. Took 1 bite and called it quits.
