We are a small, family-run cafe that has been open since 2007. All of our food, from our popular hot hand-carved gammon with melting brie Ploughman's Lunch to our guest scones and cakes (including gluten-free and sugar-free options), is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail. Our hot breakfast options are available all day, offering great value for money and known as the best in Hawick. We are a licensed establishment, so you can enjoy a glass of wine with your lunch (served from noon until 5 pm). Our cozy and informal atmosphere has attracted many regular customers who return daily. Please feel free to call and reserve a table to avoid disappointment. Our menus, made from quality ingredients with love and imagination by Chef Owner Ruth Thomson and her staff, are displayed on blackboards to accommodate frequent changes.
