On the 2nd Christmas holiday we were guests in your restaurant, which was totally overbooked. They had no place to eat, the volume was extremely high. After the menu we had been on Wildgulasch, unfortunately this was already OFF! So we ordered goose breast and salmon. These dishes were more than cooked and covered by a thick sauce.
