I am a regular visitor of Kade 17, usually the food is good. This time I had spareribs that where old, dry, and burnt a little. Uneatable. I complained and asked for the bill, they charged me the bad food, which I refused to pay. Still had to pay my wife's food however. A decent restaurant would have appologized. They didn't.
