I would never be intimidated by any evil forces! I've been a customer for over 20 years, but recently, when I called, my call was directed to a call center in the Philippines (what a surprise). It took them 20 minutes just to take my order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. Now, who am I supposed to contact about this? I don’t have another 20 minutes to file a complaint.
