They are stricter than an international airport if you want to eat inside! We have our vaccination proof from USA, but since we are tourist we cannot use the app required but them. Not even McDonald’s in Germany requested this. Swiss McDonald’s, don’t be so ridiculous!!! I think this is a way to minimize people eating indoors so you save labor in cleaning the room.
