Most staff members are very polite and welcoming. Most service is excellent and prompt. Food is warm. Drinks are cold. Special activities are easily arranged. I would give 5 stars, but for one glaring problem. One employee, “Señor Juan,” is very rude. While I am a man — and clearly so — he keeps referring to me as “señora” and “she” and “her.” He should not work in tourism or hospitality. View all feedback.
