I decided to contact their office, but unfortunately, I received no response and no compensation was offered. As a result, I have significantly reduced my visits to Tim Hortons. I can get my money back and more by avoiding the place altogether. McDonald's coffee is just as good, much cheaper, and conveniently located just two buildings over. Guess where I'll be going now?
