The older, bald man with the accent literally stopped paying attention to us (the customers) as we were in the middle of ordering pizza, to stare at 3 teenage girls walking past. The teens exited the mall, and the man serving us then turns his back to us and continues to watch the girls as they walk through the parking lot. CREEPY to say the least.
