Fish at 30 Lake - Saratoga Springs

Located in a lovely spot in San Pedro, this restaurant is a must-visit in Monterrey. With great service, very good food, and an amazing wine list, it's a top choice for diners. While the cocktails may be uninspired and the wine list short, the food and service make up for it. The Caesar salad may be boring, but the calamari is excellent and the fish and chips are very good. One diner found the salmon overcooked, but enjoyed a fantastic martini and a great time overall. Despite some ups and downs in the past, recent experiences have been outstanding, with standout dishes like swordfish and halibut impressing diners. Although the service may need a bit more attention to detail on the menu, the good food, prices, and cozy atmosphere make this an excellent spot. Fresh oysters, delicious tuna nachos, and lobster pasta were highlights at the bar area, where service was attentive. Spectacular food and service await diners, with fresh oysters and huge portions making the experience memorable. While the tuna nachos were good, the pico de gallo was overwhelming. Despite some minor flaws like the lighting being too bright, the overall experience is positive thanks to excellent service and accommodating staff. Overall, this restaurant is a delightful gem with superb service, great ambiance, and delicious food, making it worth a return visit.
