Bacon cheeseburger had one half slice of bacon, cheese wasn?t melted at all. The double cheeseburgers were halfway apart with the toppings in the bag, fries put in bag upside down. Strawberry shake only mixed halfway down, bottom half was just vanilla View all feedback.
I love supporting Santaquin businesses and have given this location many chances to ?get it right?. Every time I go the food is cold, the cheese isn?t melted, and the wait times are odd considering the low amount of customers. I love Arctic Circle, butthis location needs help.

The food was mediocre at best, scoring only a 2 out of 5. The flavors were bland, and it lacked the freshness I was hoping for. The service was disappointing as well, earning a 1 out of 5. I encountered issues with my order that were not handled well by the staff. It felt like they weren’t attentive or eager to help. Lastly, the atmosphere of the restaurant left a lot to be desired. With a rating of 1 out of 5, the environment felt uninviting and not well-maintained. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for lunch, as both the food and service were subpar.
I agree with some of the other customers. I went in one night an hour before closing and was told they weren’t serving food, only ice cream. I decided to give them another chance. At the drive-thru, the lady in front of me ordered four shakes, and it took 15 minutes to make them. By the time I got my food, it was very cold and not prepared properly. I called to express my frustration, and their response was always to come back and they would fix it. But if I wanted to come back, I wouldn’t be calling. Honestly, I think they need better management and more training. If they keep operating the way they are, they’ll lose customers and eventually go out of business.
Somehow, my order of three ice cream cones got lost between when I placed it at the menu board and when I reached the window. There was only one car ahead of me, and their order was ready just seconds after I finished placing mine.
