The restaurant was severely understaffed; I waited for 10 minutes on the counter before anyone even noticed I was there. Other customers seemed just as frustrated, if not more so, than I was. I really have to reconsider stopping at this McDonald's since it seems to be the same issue every time I visit. View all feedback.

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, they got my order wrong. I had to go through the drive-thru three times! I ordered a 40-piece nugget meal, but there were only 39 nuggets. After counting them four times to confirm, the manager refused to give me an extra nugget. My day has been spoiled, and I feel awful about it. Now I’m dealing with type 5 diabetes. View all feedback.
