What Ghen L likes about Sbarro:
We were starving after going to one of the popups in the mall and the food court was just opening. The pizza was fresh out of the oven so already much better than most times I've eaten at this chain in other locations. The serving of Spaghetti and Meatballs was massive- luckily it was served in a to-go container as we were only able to eat about half of it. The cashier was able to refill my soda quickly, no issues. Ordered a full pizza. Waited 15 minutes and went up to the counter to ask where our pizza was and they said they forgot. The heavy set cook started laughing when me and my wife walked away. Poor professionalism. View all feedback.
