The dining experience was excellent, with exceptional service. It's unclear if all the waitstaff are as good, or if we just had the best server. My son and daughter-in-law took me to Olive Garden in Santa Fe, NM. I ordered my usual create-your-own pasta meal, but unfortunately they no longer offer it. I ended up ordering a pricey piece of salmon with roasted garlic on the side. However, I was given roasted tomatoes instead of garlic.
