This was our first time trying Ramen and we absolutely loved it. There were three of us and we each ordered a different type of Ramen. We tried the Shio Ramen, Vegan Ramen, and Tonkotsu Shoyo Ramen. If you're vegetarian or vegan, the Vegan Ramen is a great choice with its rich soup and abundance of ingredients. Jiro Tonkotsu Ramen: too much garlic way too much to a level you can taste the bitterness and the garlic smell will haunt your breath for the next two days.
