We had such a wonderful time, a perfect service that organized our expectations, very beautiful, communicative and well. This place has such an amazing potential. In the begining we were really excited about our vacation in Las Galeras Village. But in a closer look, it became a nightmare. The jacuzzi on the roof twice didnnt work and in the third time, there were no hot water. The pool was dirty and needs a deep cleaning. The beds were awful! The kitchen was missing alot of facilities... this place saw better days. Won't come back! View all feedback.
