Got this place to go and tried their braised beef noodle and their beef jianbing. The flavors were pretty spot on with the beef noodle. The meat was soft, and the noodles were firm with a chew also!The beef jianbing was also pretty good flavor wise but in terms of the texture, it wasn't so satisfying. Felt terrible throwing 98% of the plate away. Rice didn't seem fresh at all and was clumpy like it was sitting somewhere for a long time. Beef had barely any meat extremely stringy and fatty. Should have been embarrassed to serve anyone that meat. Egg might have been okay but didn't want to risk food poisoning.
