Despite a few negative reviews, El Patio Mexican Restaurant in Santa Rosa seems to have a loyal following. While some mention small portions and changes in management, others praise the hearty food, friendly staff, and generous portions. Highlights include the chili verde wet burrito, low carb options, and friendly service. The restaurant offers a variety of Mexican dishes catering to different dietary needs and has been a popular spot for over 25 years. The ambiance is colorful, and the price is reasonable. Overall, El Patio seems to strike a balance between quality food and welcoming service, making it a worthwhile option in the area.
What jeffsheldon likes about El Patio Mexican:
Trying hard to watch my weight so was looking for a different option. Got the veggie salad minus the dairy. While this is not calorie free it has amazing flavors. Updated from previous review on 2023-01-25 View all feedback.
What Joe doesn't like about El Patio Mexican:
I noticed there was less food on my plate (Emilia). Been eating here for years the same meal. Then overheard that it changed ownership. That explains it.I'm afraid the proportions are less now. Enough to consider going somewhere else. But much nicer people I've got to say. And I do appreciate their efforts. And you get your corn chips in a plastic bag sealed? Like Mass produced? ....What a turn off. View all feedback.
