I've been here many times, and I've always been treated very nicely and the food is just amazing, but today this guy literally ignored my orders and my family for at least 20 minutes. I just don't understand why. Hopefully the owners will check the camera so they know what I'm talking about. We stood there for about 20 minutes and this guy didn't even say hello or something.
