I've eaten at the Refresh Cafe at ECPI University many times and while on rare occasions they have been out of specials, they consistently deliver on tasty food at fair prices. I am personally a BIG fan of their weekly pizza specials and their breakfast sandwiches can't be beat! The staff (students) are always energetic and courteous. Food is great and the prices are unbeatable. I have been there quite a few times, work across the street and really enjoy the overall atmosphere. Thank you!
It would be a good idea for them to hire more people here. It gets slammed regularly and it takes forever to get through the line. Coffee is good though.
Good food. Created my own pizza for $12 and took most of it home. Honestly didn't expect the ingredients to be so fresh. Well worth the 15 minutes I waited.
