Support local small businesses! The owner is a warm and humorous individual. He clearly enjoys his work and puts a lot of effort into his cooking. The pho was a generous portion for the price and the broth was rich and flavorful, so you may not even need to add hoisin or sriracha unless you prefer to. The egg roll appetizer was disappointing, tasting as though it had been bought frozen from an Asian supermarket. Our shrimp and beef vermicelli dish also fell short - the shrimp was crispy but not fresh, and the beef was dry, poorly marinated, and surprisingly sour in flavor.
