They made our order wrong. I ordered a veggie burrito, but when I started eating it, I found pieces of meat inside. I took it back to the counter and showed it to them. Instead of apologising, they were very rude as if it were my fault. They said they couldn't do another for me because they would approach. They suggested removing the meat and eating the rest.
