I would be really happy if they included an option for a vegan protein (other than beans). It's great that they went out of their way to create a separate vegan menu. Nothing was bad per se, but there are no vegan versions of the taquitos, enchiladas, quesadilla, etc. The only things they made a vegan version of were the chips and dip, nachos, and tacos.
