Staffs were not responsive and rude. Only one row of table were occupied and two rows were empty, while there are 5 group of people waiting outside. They accept reservations from people who are not even waiting in line. We were waiting for 2 hours then suddenly these 20+ people burst in without the staff acknowledging us (the people waiting in line) that 2 rows of tables are reserved for these yellow people.
