We planned our evening around dinner at Encanto and made the reservation. But we were turned away at the door because my boys (10 and 8 years old) were not the required 12 years old to dine. That information should have been listed on OpenTable. Only after searching for information about the resort itself do you find the 16+ age requirement. Very disappointing. View all feedback.
