One of the best new restaurants in Querétaro, Balkan serves up economically priced middle-eastern food and pita sandwiches for any diet (meat and veggie options). The falafel is definitely one of the best in town and I really like the vegetarian sandwich with delicious cooked eggplant. The salsas are also good, though can be a bit spicy for some.
