Fresh hand-made noodles served in chicken broth with pork blood and chicken. Garnished with green onion, cilantro, fried garlic, and black pepper.

Nam Khao (Lao Crispy Rice)

Deep-fried seasoned rice, cured pork and garnished with roasted peanuts, dried chili peppers, and lettuce. Traditionally eaten as a wrap by filling individual lettuce with a spoonful of the tangy nam khao mixture.

Laab Gai

Boneless skinless ground chicken and gizzard seasoned with rice powder, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galanga, shallots, lime juice, fish sauce, green onions, cilantro and mint. Served mild with dried chili powder and fresh chili on the side.
