I ordered the Baja Fiesta salad and found it to be a disappointment. It seemed like it had been prepared ahead of time and was stale overall. The tortilla strips were tough instead of crispy, and the shredded cheddar was dry and hardened. The vegetables tasted bland and had a slightly bitter note. Overall, I was very let down.
