In the funky and eclectic restaurant of Farmer Brown, adorned with rusty decor and a lime green ceiling, guests can enjoy a soulful dining experience with a modern twist. Start off with sensational starters like sweet potato steak fries with spiced salt and lemon aioli or fried shrimp and cheesy grits bites. Popular entrees include crispy cornmeal catfish platter with candied yams, blue lake beans, pickled onions sauce gribiche, classic barbecue baby back ribs with pickled veggies, and jumbo blackened prawns and stoneground grits. Don't miss out on the amazing brunch offerings, such as angel biscuits with mushroom gravy and crispy fried chicken and waffles. And don't forget to try the front porch iced tea, infused with bourbon and seasonal fruit, served in a mason jar for a refreshing accompaniment to your meal.

What User doesn't like about Farmerbrown:
I like my hair to have a bit crispy coating, the hawn here seems literally boiled fried in oil. the gries were not creamy and the cheese sat just up like a blob. I ordered a watermelon margarita, but got a regular one for which I was overcharged $5. the cookie was bad and there was no butter. the best parts of the meal were the chicken sausages and the carrots.
