If you enjoy subpar food and inflated prices, this is the place for you. I witnessed a man in front of me attempt to use food stamps to purchase some spoiled produce, and not only did they refuse to accept his payment, but they also wouldn't even give him the spoiled fruits and vegetables they were trying to sell.
