Had dinner here after a day on the Jeremiah O'Brien during fleet week because it was closer than my normal places for Chinese. Now I will only come here for Chinese in San Fransisco, even if it is out of the way. Absolutely outstanding food and service. If there were a way to give it 6 stars I would. The food was good. Delivery took 1 hour 20 minutes a little long. No forks or chopsticks were included (we are in a hotel).
